DELIVERY & RETURN

Order placed before 15:00 hrs. on business days, we will ship the same day.
We aim to deliver between 1- 5 business days. There may be times where this may not be possible due to circumstances out of our control.

We ship with Post.nl/DHL/GLS depending of the country.

Costs
In the list below you can find the shipping costs including insurance for all available countries  
 

Returns  
We do our very best to deliver perfect products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can submit a return within 7 days after receiving your order. We will give a full refund of the item price.

Procedure:
1 To return an item, please submit your return by sending an email to sales@skinshield.eu, you will receive a Return number.

2 Your return shipment should mention the return number on the outside of the package

3 Your return shipment has to be delivered to us no later than 10 days after making your notification (please be aware that shipping can take several days, depending on the country you ship from)

4. Return costs are for your own account

Please note that:
The returned items have their original labels attached, are packed in their original package and in the condition they had upon receipt by you.

Processing and refunding
Your return will be confirmed by email when we receive the package in our warehouse. No later than 3 business days after receipt of your return we will refund you, depending on your original payment method.
The shipping fees of the original shipment (if applicable) are not refunded but used as additional compensation for return shipping.
